Feast of Famine help

I've found a few apps that work similarly, but the data seems wrong. The weather's not being updated, or similar problems. So, I can't figure out when these fish are catchable.

So, any nice easy way for me to know when the fish will be available without me having to go rainman? I just want this quest out of my quest log.

Hm... The first, gives the time table and the weather. Which is great, if I pair it with something that tells the weather. But even with those two, it's difficult to know well in advance when the next window will be.
The second... Well, it glows up and dings when the window is available, right? But it never gives any warning when this is going to happen?

They're great tools, but it seems like I have to do a lot of research in order to use them well. Which doesn't make sense, since the thing I linked allowed me to see well in advance when something I wanted was coming up with no effort on my part.

The vista site shows how long you'd have to wait for a spot to go active, lets say 9 hours, but that doesn't mean yet that it's available due to possible weather restrictions. So you have to wait for the next, eh, 7-8 hours to actually be sure what kind of a weather is going to be on that spot when it goes active. The ff14angler site though is missing the real life time estimate (can correct me if I've missed it), but otherwise has every other information needed with a bit more complicated graphics.

This site has been a major help for the Feast of Famine quest. Some of the fish require a certain change in weather and this site takes that to in account.
