Didn't recieve my lvl 45 SCH quest turn in items!

**SOLVED**
Just finished the objectives with in the lvl 45 SCH quest (In the Image of the Ancients) and didn't receive the turn in items to complete the quest. The quest giver mentions I can return to the artisans (Goldsmith/Leatherworker/Weaver Guilds) in order to get the items back but there is nothing at the guilds.

***I cannot abandon the quest in order to reset***

The items needed are:
--Direwort Leaves
--Incomplete Scholar's Garb
--Well-learned and Well-dressed (Book)

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers
