210 BRD weapon a little lackluster?

BRD and I think MNK have their relic as BiS as far as sub-stats are concerned, with DRG and esp MCH getting the poor end of the spectrum.

Unless you mean that the feeling of empowerment isn't there, but well...it's been like that for a long, long time with how much difference the substats do in the first place.

This is precisely why, while I'm actually doing the relic quest for once, I'm taking my sweet time with it. (Extremely casual Alex grinds, lots of first timer clear bonuses, and tome turn ins. Occasionally I get dragged to hunts when there's nothing else going on) I've cleared Thordan while helping someone else, but now I'm trying to get my own static through it in hopes of getting the Heavensfire before 10 fragments.

Good luck with that - took me 40 kills before I saw the bow drop - after I bought it at like 35 kills...

I want to point out that if ranged dps jobs had equal weapon damage to the other jobs in the physical class, they would be the strongest dps by a wide margin.
