    Server lag, poor connection.

Ever since the Christmas, I've been having poor connection in the game. I hardly doubt that the problem lies on my end and my ISP, since the speedtest.net proves that my internet is ALWAYS stable ( http://imgur.com/xVgVZb6 ). League of Legends runs smoothly with low ping at 25-30 ms. CSGO runs smoothly with 30 - 50 ms. Diablo3 also runs smoothly without causing issues. SO WHY THEN, FF14 is the only game i am having trouble with? I don't want any, ANY suggestions to reboot my modem or call my ISP, or use VNP, WTFAST. JUST NO. Either reboot your server or get a dedicated server for the players. I am just upset because I am paying and I can't play.

Your upload speed is a bit low.
Check a trace route to find the issue or use UOTrace by EA.
I also recommend checking a server in montreal or further from home and out side of your isp's network for accurate results.
As for VPNs and WTFAST I would not recommend them when you are that close to the servers they would likely do more harm then good.

Try a trace route and path ping find where you are having issues if you cant find anyting in those... Look into upgrading your upload to 3Mbps or above would be my guess... Don't have the full details Dont know if you got a technicolor gateway known for issues with its dns caching or if you got a belkin router known for its broken firmware.

I'd recommend what Oopsy is suggesting.

Looking at your location, ideally your ISP would route your traffic east straight to Montreal through Sudbury, but if it's getting routed through Toronto and then back up to Montreal then there could be an issue. 600km vs 1200km

My ISP is Cogeco and they route through Toronto and I always have ping spikes at the switches there, and I believe Teksavvy runs the same route.

League of Legends would bypass Toronto from your location to Chicago
D3 also appears to be located in Chicago

So 500-600km while bypassing the congested Toronto system.
