Like when do you cast the proc F3? Do you do it while dodging a mechanic? Or do you take the boss AoE to the face?
Aetherial Manipulation is one I'm trying to get used to using as well...

I'm using proc F3 while dodging or just before using Blizzard 3. I never take the boss AoE in the face. If I feel I'm losing time, I use it after Blizzard 4 to active Astral and then use Fire 4, but it's surely not the good way to use it, because it's a waste of DPS. It's just faster to come back to Fire 4 Yeah, me too I have to learn how to use Aetherial Manipulation, but on PS4, it's a pain. Or I just don't understand how to use it well with the controller.
