The reason you want to get it in your head to blow all your mp in fire is because later on you will have more than one stack of astral fire which will increase your damage with fire spells even more, and the more you transpose or switch to blizzard the more times you have to build up your stacks, especially at lower levels, which will mean you are doing less damage more often than you could be!
