Can't Contact the GM service In-Game

Currently I am playing on the Mac version on Final Fantasy XIV and its like nearly impossible to contact the GM service In-Game because i just can't type anything into the task board from the GM service, so mostly i have address my issues via the e-mail function. Also does the submit button don't appear. Here a picture :



There are also like a few other troubles I'm dealing with like game crashes and after a while also graphic totally glitches.

Based on that screenshot being in German, in most likelihood this is sadly working as intended I'm afraid, because the European GM service is currently down for scheduled system maintenance for the next two days or so - SE put a notice about this on the Lodestone. Apparently you should be able to contact English-language GM service alright (NA region), but there will be delays naturally. Unfortunately there isn't much else that can be done until the system maintenance is completed I'm sorry to say.

Well the GM Service board has also been not available before that time before the board was taken down. I'm pretty much having this trouble since im playing on the Mac version. So that's not the point this has been since i ever purchased the game from the Square Enix Store and even the Game master I confronted with my issue said, i should be posting this here.
