    Will "Gil" get resetted in FFXIV 2.0?

    Will Gil get resetted in FFXIV 2.0 while keeping the inventory and retainer items?

    Didn't they say they were adding another currency for 2.0 which will be the main currency, and gil would be used for stuff like, haircuts, armor recoloring ect.

    Ehh no, they've just said they're adding barber, etc as a mean for gil-sink. There was nothing about new currency.

    Hey, guys! I heard the devs were going to give us free popsicles when they mail us the new game to the hospitals where we were all originally born. To those who weren't born in hospitals or whose hospitals were subsequently demolished/changed/etc. (I'm looking at you, old people), then SE personnel will arrive at your doorstep, make you count to ten in Japanese, then slap you in the face with the new game disk and run away.

    The trick is that if you don't start crying right away, they'll burn down your home. But hey, at least you'll keep the game.

    Oh, and remember that the first time you log onto the game you most definitely need to shout at the very least 7 profanities, each one stemming from one of the deadly sins.
