Can we please stop locking content out of DF?

I just prefer DF because it doesn't require me to meet or have others held to my "motivation" to get something done. If I log in and want to putz around doing stuff around the FC for 30 minutes and then later queue up for Thordan EX or Savage I wish the option was there. I don't always feel up to doing any certain thing in game so if the whim to complete these runs comes up I just want to queue not run around for 45 minutes asking stuck up folks if they want to clear some stuff I haven't.

I've completed 98% of my content through DF always have even in other MMO's. I understand what PUG partying entails. I'm confident and proficient in my own abilities to deal with a lackluster group. So give us like minded folks the option.

I don't care how "others" experiences have been nor do I really care about the incapabilities they have that make DF such a breaking point for them. To each their own the option should be just that an option. I get it if it's to gate content to prevent locust-ing of it within a week but the notion some people permeate that DF is completely undoable shouldn't hold us who know DF, utilize DF and are successful in completing content through DF without the option to try it out.
