    Lets be honest here... Players cannot adapt their playstyle like this... Groups can, groups can adapts so that they have Stun/Sleep/Silence available to counter casters, but individuals? No, and given 4 on 4 - Solo is where the rewards will be... Yeah... An entirely moot point for an adjustment that just further marginalizes not-Paladin, and to top it all off I saw no mention of adjusting how rating works in 4 on 4 - Solo... Meh...

    Don't even get me started on how utterly broken Astrologian is going to be with those interrupt changes... Aspected Benefic might as well be a spammable Surecast now...

    Seriously, Dark Knight needs an adjustment... It has no real utility. It has no real self healing. DPS is the only thing it can boast, and even then, Warrior can do better... All while not being tied down by MP management... Dark Knight is nothing more than a massive liability... The balance here is atrocious...

    Is this sarcasm?

    This is hardy much of a buff for Astrologian. It actually makes scholars much better and White Mages fantastic...

    Honestly, I can't wait to see how Black Mage is. I can't see them getting many Fire IV's off still with all of the line of sight you can use, but CC will be going off more...

    Astrologian is a net beneficiary from these changes - Noct. Benefic making it easy for you to get a Benefic II means that you now have the best of both worlds when it comes to healing.

    SCH is (IMO) the smallest beneficiary of the three: these changes will make fights go longer, and Scholar gets pretty drastically worse as fights drag out.

    Don't think the shielding will matter from Astro if there are 2-3 people on you, as it will break very fast. Shielding would help a lot with one person on them and even still, it is only a few set of attacks that will actually reach the 15%. Not every GCD pulls off 1500+ damage.

    SCH will get more adlos out. Those shields are incredibly powerful in comparison to Aspected Benefic. That will actually block a lot...especially with crits. Blizzard 2 will be an easy cast now too without having to worry about having surecast also, making training a scholar a bit harder.

    Scholar definitely gets better in an absolute sense. I just think that the impact of the change (on WHM and AST) hurts Scholar more than the change helps them - Scholar is naturally disadvantaged in a long fight, so increasing the average fight length (by giving all 3 healers better tools) hurts them the most.
