I actually like this outfit. Especially as a Tank outfit. Not really digging the crown, but the coat is pretty sharp. It's gotta nice, rag-tag king of the kill look to it. I can picture this on my Pld.

That said, and as you pointed out, they weren't exactly clear on how the rewards are dished out. They did not specify if all Diamond ranked players get it, or just the top few. They also did not specify how the item is given out. It could be mailed, or it could be retrieved from an NPC (like our achievements), or it could possibly be handed out by a rank locked vendor. It was not specified at the moment.
