    Increasing Seal Rock Pops

    We all have some awesome ideas for SE that would without a doubt increase the pops. But we can do some things too. I've started to do two things that is helping in small ways myself. Such as...

    • Queuing for Seal Rock when I'm AFK or Just thinking about what I want to do.
    - This helps even if I miss the POP at least I helped in some way for it to proc.

    • Announce that it has popped for others around you to try and "Join in progress".
    - This helps even if they don't get in they are queued up and might help another match pop.

    Many of us do this already but still a lot of us could do this to help out too. Seal Rock is still fun win or lose... well for me anyway.

    I think it needs to go a step further than this and due to the pvp community being VERY small, remove a lot of the current options for PvP and funnel people into fewer *weekly* game modes.

    Ie:
    - June 7 - 13 is Seal Rock Week. You can only queue for Seal Rock, 4v4 Solo Feast and 4v4 Team Feast.
    - June 14 - 20 is Feast Week. You can only queue for 8v8 Feast, 4v4 Solo Feast and 4v4 Team Feast.
    - etc

    OR just have three options, Frontlines (will be random once X people queue), 4v4 Solo Feast, 4v4 Team Feast.

    Funneling people into less options should 'help' a little bit.

    This is a nice idea if it could guarantee 72 man. But the risk of getting 24man is so high right now and it is such a terrible rendition of seal rock with massive amounts of standing around and lack of actual fighting.

    Also why bring this up now? We're less than 4 days from a new frontlines that will certainly be popping without effort for the first few weeks. This seems unnecessary this late in the lifespan of seal rock

    Because it can be applied to Shatter too when that drops in Q pops Exiras Nex...

    Might only be me, but I prefer the 24 version. Feels more tactical to the chaos of 72 man. Plus as a primary healer, it's a pain to heal in 72 with the alliance frames not showing who is in range... though that is thankfully being taken care of in 3.3.

    Ehh guess I just read it as very specific to seal rock. Which will be dead in 4 days so kinda seemed weird to me to say this now and not at some point in the past few months. But yea can be applied to frontlines so that works

    You're making perfect sense.

    There's time before shatter, why not queue it now.

    Besides, people are returning for the new patch and getting a bit more active. Now is the time to queue seal rock, honestly. Aether's been having multiple 72s a day, which is great.
