The matches are too short to even replace anyone. It should be an automatic draw for everyone.
Something should be done about disconnect though. Twice today someone disconnected (one never rejoined) and of course that is like an automatic loss. It kind of is pretty terrible especially when the rating goes down so drastically.
Silver is the new bronze. Went on a streak of 9 consecutive matches where i was paired with an unranked healer. Hardest fking 5-4 record I ever had to work for omg. How many unranked heals can the data center possibly fking have?

That match just now was unranked healer #10 in 11 consecutive matches. Dies within 10 seconds of first engagement of the match and retorts "Lol never been sch in here before." Fun times. Also I'm already Silver, i just meant silver is the new dead medal zone now similar to what bronze used to be. Thanks for the encouragement though lol.

welp it started up again. People not backing out when timers low and throwing our coins then blaming me like i was supposed to save them from being balls deep into an enemy base :/ I think i'm done for tonight just lost a ton of rating.
I think I know who you're talking about actually since I paired up with a similar one recently and he was just trash, but blamed the DPS for our "shit damage", lol. Yeah... Cause it's totally our fault that you're dying in the first 10 seconds because you can't deal with pressure at all. I've seen my fair share of healers in there, WHM, SCH, and AST alike, so I know when they're capable and when they're not. If you drop in the middle of me bursting their healer, I'll know you're worse than their healer is and that will determine the flow of the match.
It's very rare that I ever witness a healer suddenly begin to play well mid-match and turn things around. Usually, if you're falling behind in the beginning, it's very difficult to come back from that because the opposing team probably just got the adrenaline now too.
Also, as crazy as it sounds, it seems someone was right about queue times at night being better for people that care about rank. I was getting paired up with some better players for the most part. I only just stopped a few minutes ago because apparently the good players had stopped queuing.
I got a bad team and knew it was going to go downhill from there, especially since we were arguing right out of the gate on what the plan was, didn't coordinate well at all together, then I had the blame pinned on me, claiming my attitude was the reason why we lost, lol. Don't you just love that? Here you have 4 individuals that can't work together well, but you point your finger at one of them and say they're the cause, instead of admitting that the entire team just doesn't work.
It's okay if your team isn't coordinated. It sucks, but it happens. Just hope you have better luck next time and try to work better together, but don't be upset when you and another person doesn't click. Some teams just.don't.work. Simple as that.
But yeah, it's usually a bad sign when your own teammates are fighting against you in chat, even in the beginning of the match, so don't be surprised if you guys end up losing. I thought that maybe it was just a fluke getting queued up with them, but it was no fluke at all... I tried to queue up again after my first loss and saw them again.
After we lost that time, I just said "nope" and stopped queuing instead of letting these assclowns bring down my win ratio again, pulling me right back down to bronze (again). I think the top 10-20 guys have the right idea though. They play for a little bit at a specific time, then know when to stop. Whereas, I've been queuing up in the afternoons, thinking that playing more matches would be better so I could get more wins. Instead, all that has brought me is more losses.
I wish I could have gotten some more points tonight, but whatever... I can get some more tomorrow when the good players are queuing up again and I actually get put on teams that work together and shit, instead of playing this like it's 1v1.
Did someone say Silver?

Sounds about right, lol. We currently have 6 gold members on Primal. We're also finally weeding out the bronze folk, so after today, it's doubtful you will even see any in the top 100 any more. I keep seeing people in silver going up and down in the rankings though, lol.
It seems we've found Hell.
Most irritating is seeing people come in, not use PVP abilities at all, wearing PVE gear ONLY (PVE gear by itself is good but not good enough) and then fail to pay attention to medal counts. Further, I speculate they haven't upgraded their Mind/Peity or Vit/Int under the PVP menus. I think many bronze players get screwed over by this factor when trying to reach silver. Often I'll get silver tier to run against and do very well. Then I get put in a match with barely Bronze players and it looks like I just picked up the game for the first time. Can't cast, can't stay alive, opposing healer with 200+ medals and other DPS is going after caster with 25. Something has to change with the ranking system. Going from a 70% win percentage down to 40% makes anyone want to quit PVPing.
