    As a summoner, I am concerned about the changes you might make to summoners. Burst is pretty much the only killing tool we have, and it's on a 60 second cooldown. As a DPS, we must have something to make kills because that's our job. Nerfing our burst too much will put us in the same position as a bard or ninja.

    I think you should reduce residual burst damage and increase cooldown on certain powerful skills. DoTs are only a minor nuisance in PvP as they can be easily removed or healed through.

    -Change Deathflare into a single target attack for PvP
    -Increase Tridisaster cooldown to 2 min instead of 1 for PvP, encouraging the use of our regular DoT skills.
    -Increase the cooldown on Enkindle for PvP.

    Summoners have high burst because they can use Enkindle, Fester, and Deathflare all within a second. Total potency is 950 which becomes even higher if the pet is buffed. Make it less easy to use all at once.

    The only two classes I really play in PvP are Bard and Paladin and I have to say that I didn't find Summoners to be an issue. Their burst is not to be underestimated to be sure, but it's very easily countered. The only issue I really had with them is their highly potent DoTs that lasted long after you fled the encounter where a healer was absent - DoTs that ticked so hard that they'd easily drain your HP on their own from 50% or more health unless purified. Granted, this is probably less of an issue in Feast, especially so with healers who know what they are doing, but I can't say that I imagine anyone who complained about their damage was anything but new to PvP.

    I'm leaning towards this mindset as well. Yeah, their Tri Disaster-Fester-Stuff-Deathflare combo hurts, but like you pointed out, it has very simple counters. But I do take issue with how potent their DoTs off of Tri Disaster are and how they can potentially spread it to the whole enemy party. I wonder how people would feel about SMN if they nerfed Tri Disaster in PVP where the potency of all the DoTs were only a % of the hard-casted versions of all 3 spells. The option to Fester/Bane/whatever would still be there, but the DoTs wouldn't be nearly as potent...

    No. They can save the settings separately. For example, Cleric stance is locked in PvP, but Whm's can still use it in PvE. SE is capable of making many such adjustments as needed, they just seem to try and avoid doing so because it takes up additional system storage space, which is limited.

    I made a forum post about blms pvp skill changes and I really think you guys can change the way freeze works in pvp. Make it instant cast with a 60s cd. Atm its so pointless to hard cast it and doesnt stop ranged/heals with binds so its worthless to waste a swiftcast on it. This move has been horrible since launch, I ask that you at least think about making it usable more then it currently is by people (which is maybe 1 in 50 games).

    If only skills under WM qualifies as casts and also enjoy that 15% treshold protection for interrupt, then using WM on outside some practicaly usless(since its already is guaranteed win) fleeing player, may become useful, It is kinda sad that BRDs touted 50+lvl damage dealing skillset is only usable on very gullable and stupidly underskilled players, Since sprint has no drawbacks not to use it, anyone can outran our slowlyy casted skill or just spam some ranged attack afterwards, so if our not nearly powerfull enaugh burst doesnt kill someone with tremendous help from other dps/tank(since healer doesnt need to worry about enmity he jsut spam heals), we become more then just a liability if we decide to use WM in the heat of battle.

    I just experienced a match of 4v4 where my team queued in to a group that only had 3 people. The healer never made it in. In PvE content, we can leave after somebody else does without suffering penalty. I attempted to see if the same would hold true in the Feast. Not only did I incur a 30 minute penalty for PvP content, but my rating also went down. I get not wanting to create a scenario where people can just disconnect to avoid losing their score, but the rest of the team shouldn't be penalized for someone else disconnecting. Before the season rankings start, there needs to be some sort of check in place that nullifies this impact to rankings.

    Still no mention on AST with Nocturnal Sect. It is honestly the single most broken skill and coupled with the fact that you now have to deal 15% damage to interrupt casts. They either need to address how barrier heals work or simply reduce the amount it heals in PvP because running and healing with a barrier to mitigate is too unfair for most opposing teams. Speaking from experience whenever I see an AST in the opposing team I get another dps with me (I'm war) to help take them down asap. So you basically we've resorted to a "Kill healers first" strategy which is what Yoshi doesn't want teams to resort to.

    A Nocturnal astro lacks healing capabilities from my experience. The moment the fight starts dragging on and your entire party starts needing heals, they start ot fall behind on it. Though with the adjustments to cast interrupts still bother me in relation to nocturnal astros, the hp threshold becomes even higher to the point of it becoming surecast.
