When it comes to FC members, trust me, you can have less than a handful of active members and still be happy. I think straight adding members might grant temporary happiness but in my personal opinion, it doesn't solve the root of the problem. Make sure he's okay on a personal level; if he's this brokenhearted in game, imagine how this can impact things irl.

I hope for the best for your friend. I hope he's able to bounce back and be content in his Free Company.

It's not "what the FC can do for you". I dislike this thought. It promotes selfishness, and greed.

When people promote their FC like that. offering what you have, attracts people with greed. They don't get what they want, they leave you.

Instead, tell yourself, "What can I do to make this FC better." If everyone thought this way, it feels more like a family.

Be happy with what you have. When you have fun and show it, people will join your fun FC. Thats the best members right there.

Two years ago my friend transfered to my server because his real life friends left his casual FC to create their own FC with out him to raid.

My husband was having problems with the FC he joined (and myself in a different one) so he created his own and in three months ranked to 6 (with our friends alts helping some) to buy his own house. Now my husbands solo FC is full of real life friends and longtime friendships.

Small FC is the best FC!

To have expectations will always set you up for failure. You want things a certain way, just right, you will always be upset.

leave the door open to them. Kindest always attracts kindness. Negativity and selfishness only attracts those qualities.
