Bad attitude from experienced players while on dungeon

Sorry about your experiences, but it happens. You get these people who expect everyone to know everything ever on their first run. The other day on Void Ark, now there's a place with a lot os rude people, it was a rough run. We were at Echidna and the person was targetted and ran from us. I said you have to stack for that and the responses I got from the others were so great, like "What did you expect from this group?" or "Really you expect them to know that?" and the like. Maybe if you'd take the time to explain mechanics in the first place it wouldn't be so bad. Cause dying to CuChulainn and Echidna three times really saved so much time. And the ready check was 21/24 every fight and was ignored.
