Hi Hiromi,
Pleased to meet you. I hope that you are still enjoying the game despite the bad experience that you have had. The problem is that players are encouraged to run older content, in theory to help others. The reward is extra Tomestones which are collected for trading withy vendors for high ilvl gear and rare materials. Although the pre-50 dungeosn retain a relatively effective level sync, the level 50 dungeons and trials do not. As you have said, Ilvl 110 is crazy for a dungeon or trial with an ilvl as low as 55.
Basically, level sync is far too weak in the level 50 dungeons.
Level sync should bring player gear down to the dungeon's gear ilvl. If a dungeon drops ilvl 70, then you sync to ilvl 70. If it drops ilvl 55, you drop to ilvl 55. running around in ilvl 110 (sync'd) in an ilvl 50-80 dungeon essentially breaks the dungeon. The same goes for the level 50 trials.
Square Enix should fix level sync in these dungeons and trials.
If the level and ilvl sync was as strict as that, it would dramatically help matters. Because characters would no longer be super-hero powerful, they would have to run the dungeons as intended. This would encourage everyone to learn and perfect mechanics. It would also slow down the dungeon runs to something closer to what they out to be where real skill and good execution results in a fast run.
Slower dungeon runs would act as a strong deterrent to players who are speed running content to farm Tomestones. But players who actually want to help would still help. Everyone wins.
Now, I hate to tell you this, but there is a minority of vocal and annoying players who treat other players like NPCs, and who only view their own goals and time as important. They do not care about your time, your enjoyment, or your progress. But, they are most definitely in the minority. the majority of players are respectful and constructive and generally happy to help when asked, and will slow the pace down for cut scenes. Even when they do not pause for the cut scene, thy will still not abuse you if you complain, they'll tell you you can watch the cut scenes later - which you can. Generally they will pass on all drops leaving you to pick up the spoils as you go. So, you have been unfortunate enough to meet some of the 'bad' players in this game, but you have also seen many of the good ones, it's just easier to remember the 'bad' experience because it sticks out in your mind.
I hope that you continue to play, and continue to enjoy the game. Hopefully we will meet sometime in Duty Finder and I will turn out to be one of the more patient and respectful players you meet. If I'm grumpy, remind me of this post...
P.S.
Don't skip those dungeons, there are some fun experiences and nice gear drops in there. Find a group of friends or acquaintances to run things with. Find a free company that is both new player friendly and relaxed. My Free Company on Behemoth exists because I wanted to create a place where people could simply relax and play, where we support and help each other, and support and help new players. We con't exist to run end-game, we're not a merchant company or mercenary company, we play for fun, and want others to have fun. If you can find a Free Company, or linkshell with that kind of attitude, I think you will prosper. In my FC we regularly run and rerun content of all levels to help both new players and alternate characters for existing members. For new players, we prefer to take a full FC team because then we know that there will be time for cut scenes, no mass pulls (unless the team agrees with the player to try it), and of course people will pass on all gear drops in the lower level content allowing the new charatcers to acquire gear as they go.
In all honesty I take more pleasure in seeing my Free Company members doing that sort of thing with new players, or old friends than I do from just about anything else in the game, because that is why I created the Nekomimis FTW!(For The Win!)
