Don't skip the Lv50 dungeons because of a couple of bad eggs. They are some of the best dungeons and have some of the more fun fights outside of raids and trials.

Sorry to hear.
It is rather sad that some have no patience and are disrespectful out there with such high egos as well.
Best to just report them.

OP, try to see if your FC members can assist you. Level 60 players might also be upset because you are not studying to optimise your rotation to help the runs go faster.
If you do everything you can to make yourself better there is little to nothing a level 60 can BM to you about.
Ask the DPS forums about good BLM rotations to improve your dps, have a look for cheap armour on the MB, ask the FC/LS if anyone is able to help you with gear/rotations.
Don't let level 60s have any reason to treat you like shite.

From one newbie to another:
Yeah, I hate that crap. If the grind is wearing you down that much, then just stop playing. Don't take it out on everyone else. It's not their fault you can't find a life outside of FF.Bad attitude from experienced players while on dungeon
Personally I think if this happens again, just leave. If they can kill stuff without you then there's no point in you being there. Your time is better spent elsewhere, I'm sure. That said, does level sync go bye-bye at some point as well? Hope not. It's pretty much one of the biggest reasons I play this game, and no longer WoW.I just reported a player today who just said to me "Fuck you" and left the dungeon after i asked why they don't respect the new players, we were on Halatiti (Hard), on the final boss, i was watching the cutscene because its my first time, and they pulled the boss, the gates got closed and i ended up watching them fight and get their +50 poetics bonus.

Doesn't matter if experienced players or not. But I wanted to share a story. The other day on my tank, with a drg, sch and a nin... we were moving along nicely. Beat first boss. And right after, the drg types. "I hate ninjas" and just abandons the dungeon. Lol. Another time I was playing as my 196 brd, in a dungeon. Was lvl synced. And a player abandoned the duty, Simply cause he said, "Brds are weak". And me being a veteran, it didn't matter. Just wanted to share.

There are jerks on theinternetplanet. Deal with it.
I can sugar coat my post with "daww I hope it never happens again", but it the reality is that it will happen again, be it ingame or elsewhere.
You will find plenty of neutral/positive players too. If you don't stress too much about bad experiences, it will be better for your blood pressure.
However, don't ignore all criticism either. Sometimes there is something to be learned from criticism, even if was delivered poorly.
e.g. If someone says "stupid noob! get gld to 22 for provoke before doing raids!", don't ignore that advice. Take the advice and never be called out on it again.
It's really unfortunate, but you're going to run into that no matter what MMO you play. I got it a little bit too, when I was new. One time I was in Brayflox with a tank who was clearly new and frustrated, and the healer was being super rude to him. When I told her to stop being that way, she started on me saying how we all should stop playing the game and calling us names.
A while back, I was in a dungeon and I think I slipped up and got hit by ONE AOE, and the tank told me I was the worst DPS ever and that I should delete my character. You're gonna find rude people no matter what MMO you're playing. It's unfortunate, but there are just crappy people in this world. It's definitely a shame.. I'm just thankful this community is overall nicer to newer players than anyone on World of Warcraft. Anytime someone new was near any veteran, they'd just be downright pretentious and rude. The community on FFXIV is way nicer than the one on WOW, at least.
