Sound waves on UI

Hi

The sound seems to be related to the graphics. There are colorful sound waves on both left and right sides of the screen when the game is launched. The louder the in-game sound, the higher the waves. When I mute the game, the waves disappear... There is no waves when the game isn't running. All drivers are up to date.

I'm on window10, playing on 4k display, Intel core i7 2.6 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

There's an option to turn it off from the ingame options, it's for (mostly) for hearing impaired, iirc the patch notes said 'To bring the world to life'.
