    Can we have all our skills during synced missions? (Idea)

    Hi, guys,
    something that really bothers me is the fact that we lose tons of skills during lvl sync... According to some research, the our ilv is capped at the lvl cap from the dungeon as if we were using a NQ crafted lvl cap gear (e.g. : Sastasha (Normal) is a lvl 15 dungeon and the cap is lvl 17 so when we sync our status are synced as if we were using a ilv 17 NQ crafted gear).
    I know some of our skills are way more powerful than the others if we not sync. (like Fire IV is 525 potency with astral fire III against 270 potency from Fire I with astral fire I) but if after we get 50 and 60 our lvl can drop even more and we can use all our skills or after lvl 40 or maybe 35 (if we change Cover's and Shield Oath's Quests) because tanks will already have their tank stance + full aggro combo so we can use everything we've got...
    It's hard to change your rotation to go an inferior lvl dungeon, I know, it's easy to have less skills, but it's not the same, I prefer to go 3x on Lvl 60 roulette instead of going on an low level dungeon with my lvl 60 character.

    If we only look the bad side of everything we will never have something new on the game... it CAN happen but... it won't happen 100% of the time... just as you can kick everyone on the PT now a days... but you don't

    Not If they nerf you syncing enough. It's ok to imagine the worse case scenario but let's be a open book plz

    but if we get capped harder like... like 5 to 10 ilvs less than the ones unsynced (based on lv 60 only) so we will do more or less the same damage as the ppl unsynced.

    Fighting games have characters that have more moves than other characters. They balance this by making slow characters with less moves/combos, damage scale higher per hit.

    More moves or tools does not automatically = OP.

    Short answer: It will never happen.
    Less short answer: Even with all of your higher level skills being individually synced and scaled down the dungeons aren't designed to accommodate end game skills so cheesing mechanics would be common. Not to mention those additional skills would cause a very noticeable increase in DPS just by being there. More oGCDs to use is always going to result in more DPS than what a level 15 player has access to for example. This dev team has frequently noted that they are very small and even small QOL improvements that were on the agenda get missed from patch cycles occasionally, removing skill sync loss would be a major redesign they simply would not be able to accomplish in the foreseeable future.

    Wouldn't that embarrass new players from doing dungeons? I mean for me it will, if I were to try my new level 27 tank to run with level 60 players, I am already at a disadvantage coz they got better gear (item sync aside) and showing how much skills I lack compared to them would not only discourage me to even attempt to do dungeons, I would probably only do it when I get all of my skills which is by level 60.

    We already read complaints here on the forums in attempt to shame players that they deemed "unfit" for their jobs, whats going to prevent them from doing the same coz they don't have the desired skilled some of them need on a particular dungeon?

    It's not a major redesign... It's literally just unlocking the moves and playing with the numbers. The same thing they do with your gear.

    When it comes to dPS, once again just keep scaling if OGCD are still causing dPS increase. OP is asking for a system that doesn't compromise his lvl60 playstyle, It can rewrite your muscle memory for the worse. OP is willing to do More work for Same damage just so they can use the tools and maintain their rotation.

    Anything in this game can happen. I'm sure if someone asked for a RTS game in game near launch some people might had your attitude of "won't happen" blah blah small team no resources.

    The only good argument you might have is utility moves. Like monks having 2 stuns earlier than they should.
