I know that threads about "small quality of life improvements" are more or less mainstays of forums for every MMO ever created. I do not post much, but something that I would really, really, really like (and would even pay real money for):

Please let us craft using materials found in our retainer inventory.

Right now, you can have up to 8 retainers (for $12/mo). Those of us who have 8 retainers have lots of stuff, sorted from retainer to retainer. Because the crafting classes are so porous with their materials, it is at the point where it is not uncommon for it to require checking with three to four different retainers to get mats for something.

Having to get items from multiple different banks is incredibly time consuming. It takes three seconds to load in each retainer, then I have to pull up their bank tab, grab the item, exit completely out of the retainer interface (no way to easily change), and do it all over again.

Doesn't help all that much if you need three different items, each of which is on a different retainer. Helps even less if you are not close to a Summoning Bell.

They seriously need to add improvements like these, they don't cost much to develop and are much appreciated by everyone. Atm it's a logistical nightmare to manage everything in this game, it seems like everything is bottlenecked behind "clicks" everywhere preventing you to get stuff done fast.

If i need to craft something i need to first open the craft log, search for my craft, right click on each material required for the craft and check if i have it on my retainers. Next i need to open specified retainers and find the item inside a gazillion of other mats that all look the same (no search function in retainer) and transfer it to my inventory. After i find the rest of the items i proceed with my craft, when i'm finished i need to open the retainer again to deposit leftover mats and sort my retainer. Now if you could directly craft with stuff inside your retainers i would just press "craft" and done.

Another thing right out of my head, why on earth there is no "repair all" button in menders, do i really need to click each selective drop down list to repair each section of the armory chest and inventory? For me playing 6 jobs actively i often find myself in dungeons with broken gear because of this.

This game is good, just needs optimization to become excellent.
