    Version Check failed

    My game was working perfectly yesterday and all of last week. Today I tried to log on and the launcher won't even start.
    message that pops up is "Version check failed. Please Confirm your networks settings. If this does not solve the problem, you may need to whitelist FINAL FANTASY XIV in your security software. Futher assistance blah blah
    [30605][10009][10020]"
    I have just reinstalled the base game... still the same error message. I searched the forums and tried the file alteration thingy, still the same error message. I reset my router, restarted my computer. nothing I'm doing is working. All other steam games are working fine.
    Nothing has been updated for a few weeks so I'm unsure what has triggered this sudden error.
    any suggestions are appreciated. I love this game and today is my day off and I just wanted to play

    The reinstall has partially worked. The launcher now works but when reinstalling the patchers I got a second version check failed with a different set of numbers. It will no continue patching and it will not play. It just takes me back to log in.
    new error code is:
    Unable to complete Version Check. [30410][30607][100090][10020]
