Remove the 30 minute penalty for leaving a duty then. I don't want to be held against my will by incompetent players that duty finder chose for me and get punished for it.

Or they could do what world of warcraft does and fill the group up at one time. What I mean by that is if you are waiting on 4 people to join, don't have them join one at a time, only have their queue pop when the system finds 4 people.

I can relate to Op, this days people have extremely low tolerance to failure, a single wipe and a guy starts a vote abandon, once in Garuda EX with like 5 new players, we wiped and a vote abandom popped up. I mean, if you feel that superior that everybody else sucks, go ahead and leave, let the player who wants things done stay and try harder.
