In memory of Yugiri...

With the death of Yugiri actress Sian Blake, I feel it is appropriate to memorialize her in game. Perhaps the best option is to convert a few gravestones in the corner of the yard near the Church of Saint Adama Landama in Eastern Thanalan to those of Sian Blake and her two children. Perhaps with an interactive plaque with a nice eulogy. They don't have to break the 4th wall if they use her real name. How can I go about making this a thing?

I am sure they did and I am sure it was in private. If she is survived by anyone it would be words for those people, not a public display for our consumption. I think this would be the right course anyway and I have faith they did the right thing.

This is so sad. My condolences to her family. I hope she does get immortalized in the game somehow (real name ofcourse). I like the gravestone idea.

I really wanted to log in and take out my Sun minion and hold a candle lit vigil for Sian. Unfortunately my ISP is incredibly unstable today. It would be great if our community could get together and make this vigil happen.

Don't take this as apathy, I just don't believe it is the appropriate thing to do. If you want to, go for it, but don't ask for a shrine or anything in game. Yugiri still has her other voice actresses, so she isn't dead yet. It feels a big loss though for me, even though I've never heard her EN voice before because I always use the JP voice. I hope justice will be served.

I'm with this guy, nothing needs to be done in game as it has nothing to do with the game. Sad that it happened but it will not effect the game in any way as one of the other voices actresses can come back or they will get a different one.
