Unable to switch certain classes

ok everyone is asking the same questions over and over.


Yes, all my slots are 3 or 4 spaces free
Yes I have deleted the gear set list and on the file for FFXIV
Yes I have bought new gear for it, even the starter item of level 1
I even deleted the game completely from my PC and yet I still have the problem.
Tried it on console, still occurs. tried it on another PC, still occurs.

Done all of that and what you guys will mention that might be basic help, i do thank you for helping but no offense, please read before posting. Im trying to get the devs to help me get the answer, if players reply back saying the obvious, the devs will never answer the problem. Sorry if this offense you but i need answers since i cant level up certain classes cause of this problem.

You didn't mention this before. This makes it clear that its not a local fault but a server side one.
