I am going to be very sad when/if we see a wave of nerfs coming inThough, I am specifically dreading the AoE nerf to SMN.
They could just make the other two tank classes better. Ha!
why nerf smn aoe? they dont do very well in the single target already.
if anything, mnk and whm aoe needs nerfing
It isn't just warrior nerf in 3.2, from the chat I gather blm is too strong and will get potency nerf to their fire spells, mnk will also get a nerf, their aoe is too strong and they have too many ways to get tp back, probably nerf their tp recovery.
Drk is overuse and abuse, they will most likely nerf drk. Sch are able to solo ex primal, which is ridiculous, no other healing job can solo primal ex.
I wouldn't say SMN do not do well in single target, but it's definitely not as strong as their AoE. The strength of their AoE compared to other jobs is much larger than the weakness of their single target.
Though, I'd love for them to not be nerfed.
Have you actually tried WHM aoing? it's pretty bad since HW, you'll probably run out of Mp before you do any serious damage. Unless it's like 2 targets. it actually needs a buff. BLM aoe is the one that got nerfed, that shouldn't have.
They're not nerfing the Warrior, this is complete hearsay.

How about just buffing everyone else? Some Jobs really need a buff *coughPLDcough*
Think War and Drk are just fine as is, Pld is the real thing that needs to be worked on, it could really use buffing, they can keep it low dps but they really need to make Pld more defensive so that it can take those huge hits with ease that War and Drk would dread over, at the moment Pld doesn't really have that def/mitigation advantage anymore, especially with magic def. Oaths could also use some change, if not a complete change they should at least make it a lot easier to switch between them, without mp cost or too long cooldowns, more like War's stances.
