Funniest Macro Misfires?

I don't think there was a thread on this, and I always get a good laugh when someone's macro gets used at the wrong moment. So, does anyone care to share their moments?

It wasn't me, but I was in a FATE grinding party with someone who used a shout macro to direct people to the FATE the party was going to next. Once though, a hunt macro got used instead. After awhile, people in the area caught it and started asking for invites to the "S rank". The entire time I was struggling to breathe I was laughing so hard.

I always get a kick out of healers hitting me with their resurrection macro when I'm still alive and kicking.

Feels like a threat.

My WHM friend has a macro for Fluid Aura that simply says, "Move bitch, get out the way!" in party chat.

It's fallen into interesting places in conversations before. xD

Memorably, another friend summoned the Hunt Zerg™ to a Peisteskin map we were doing. xD

Like most healers, I've misfired my res macro on someone who is still alive or the boss. :P Also misfired that cat macro that says "Thanks for party" in /say near a MB in town, and since /say restricts the number of messages you can send in a certain time frame, anyone near me probably got like half a cat head and "Thanks". I immediately fled the area. |D

I think I've also misfired my Cloud of Darkness mechanic macros a few times... Much confusion results from "METEORS!" or "WHACK-A-MOLE!" when you're killing trash in Neverreap, especially if you're with people who haven't done WoD. :'D

I did this recently, in party, with my old "se.12 Pit or Twisters!!" T5 mechanic macro... lol (I had assigned it with a similar "!" icon symbol as my Focus Target). A few people in the party twitched in place in alarm, whether they realized it, or not. I couldn't not laugh >.>
Luckily, this was just in a party with FC mates, but sure confused the snot out of my sister (her first encounter with a mechanic macro and sfx...)

There was one i witnessed a week or so ago during a regular dungeon run, i found pretty funny. I queued up as a White Mage for an EX Roulette with a friend (who joined me as a Ninja). We got paired up for a Saint Mocianne's Arboretum run with a Paladin and a Bard.

When the Paladin initiated the first pull, he said “Pulling” in the party chat with some coordinates added to the sentence. I got a little confused, since that’s was the first time i saw someone use coordinates in a dungeon. So, i clicked on the coordinates, to see if the Paladin was telling us that he would pull the mobs to a certain spot on the map.

Alas, the coordinates were pointing to a non existing location on the map. I was like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and followed the tank. There was nothing out of the ordinary for the remainder of the pull, but just when he was about to pull the first pack after the 2nd boss, the same “Pulling” message popped up in the party chat, but with different coordinates.

So, my friend asked: “Hunt?” to which the Paladin replied “Yeah. lol sorry”. I followed that up with: “Ah, that would explain things. I immediately opened the map to see if you were going to pulling these mobs to a specific spot.”

Had a good laugh about it. (^_^ )-b
