Wait, I just made it too idyllshire. There's i210 Cnj/Whm gear that I can trade esoterics for (if I really wanted too). Stop lying to me >_<

If you're talking about the ESO gear, actually you'd be the one lying at the moment. It is i200, and is job specific to White Mage. The Gordian items are not, but I don't think you will be able to get into Alexander, much less Alexander Savage. Glad you're having fun.
You might want to work on your perception. This gear is upgradeable to i210 but it is also white mage only.
The only alternative to this gear (that is allowed on conjurer) is gear from alexander savage, which basically requires you to have a weekly static, and no self-respecting group is going to let you come in without at least some esoteric gear (let alone as a conjurer).
You could also get some un-upgradeable gear from void ark that is i200, as that raid can basically be AFK'd through, but I'd consider it rather rude to the 23 other people in the raid to go in as a less than optimal job.

"There's i210 Cnj/Whm gear that I can trade esoterics for (if I really wanted too)" Yeah, I just realized Eso gear is i200 gear. However you should have interpreted my mistake and sarcasm with, "(if I really wanted too)."
Ah I see you were talking about the belt, but that's not really that important, you won't get far with just a belt and some accessories afterall~.
It's the other left side pieces that you'll need to do proper endgame.
Just open up whm and learn the job, if you're good enough to do all this content on CNJ, you'll be amazing on whm with the extra tools and the higher DPS items. You'll have higher mind stats for bigger cures, higher int when you cleric stance and trust me, whm is a heck more fun with Holy.
You'll be great at it. Staying CNJ just to make a point that the game is lulzy is kinda di--ckish. Dungeons are not supposed to be hard, they cater to the casual population and are meant to be completed with the barest minimum. You're just bringing grief to yourself. Japanese players run blacklisting forums where they report to each other players they need to be weary of and you'll end up on one of them before too long. You will be basically barred from doing endgame stuff on your server and it would be an awful experience (if you're even interested in doing that stuff, but that's the challenge you're looking for, I believe).
Yeah, I completely agree. The game mechanics inside HW's instances go smoothly. But having to deal with peoples emotions are on a totally nuclear level. I shouldn't have anxiety about entering the duty roulette. ;_; Not because any dungeon is particularly difficult. But because I'm trying to figure out subtle ques that one of my party members is looking for an opportunity to kill me. The biggest threat to me inside dungeons are my fellow team-mates.
Well.. most of the time it's less "they want to kill you" and more "you are literally missing half your skills and not playing up to your full potential".
Like if I got ya in a dungeon I certainly wouldn't kick you or be mad... especially if you were keeping everyone alive and such. That's your job. I'd be pretty impressed. Honestly, for casual content, class will get you through it. A month before HW, my friends and I went into World of Darkness all as Arcanists, with our cute carbys. We did fine, yeah, couple people insulted my poor carbuncle but at the end of the day, by that point, it was an easy fight and everyone was overgeared, so it wasn't a problem.
But let's say on day one of the new patch you wanted to raid... even two, three months into the patch cycle, even, after people have it on farm and such, those groups are not going to take you. Even if DPS wasn't so tight they still wouldn't take you. Your gear would be..at most... probably about ilvl 204, maybe? If you didn't go get Gordian savage stuff and just had all Void Ark armor (with the eso accessories). Your heals will be weaker than your cohealer's just by that fact alone, a fact that could be changed if you just put on a soul stone for WHM. Not to mention the soul stone actually boosts your stats by itself.
I mean if you find a group that's willing to do that then cool. That'd be neat, to see a world first clear with classes-only. I don't think it's ever happened though.

Clearly, the best Final Fantasy character is Locke Cole.
Glamour is TRUE ENDGAME
In the picture alone you can see how low the OP's HP is at level 60, and that is obviously not even all starter i160 gear. Also made a questionable decision like a lot of people do in this game for some reason and did not upgrade the (law) weapon first, the Masakaki. Which is CNJ/WHM by the way.
The main stopping point of classes in end-game now is they cannot perform LB3 anymore.
Then you have the weapon limitations, Eso and Relics are job-only as well. Primal weapons are CNJ/WHM but they are also subject to minimum ilvl requirements and not having Heavensward job skills, well I don't have to say much more.
I just fate grinded my ARC to lvl 15 today. After accepting the whm quest () then popping over to (whatever) shroud to continue the quest. I noticed I had more mp-hp and mind on my conj because I leveled ARC???? This is a thing!?!?!? lol
