i208 SCH - i207 AST / WHM considering transfer LF A4S or final phase A3S static

Exp to 4th leg in A4S as SCH, all other content on farm, with up to A2S done as AST.
T10 / T11 completed before Echo, T12 possibly before echo but no one in my group from Final Coil days has ever been able to remember, T13 at level 50 with echo.
I have an i196 SCH alt as well with A2S cleared on it.

Available to raid 5pm EST (10pm UTC) - 2am EST (7am UTC) on weekdays, possibly earlier or later on weekends.

Is server transferring an option? My friend and I are building a static in Brynhildr comprised of members with experience in A3S final phase/A4S. Raid days would be Mon/Tues/Thurs from 8:30pm - 11:30pm EST with the potential to add more time during progression. Right now, we're looking for a WHM/AST, so if you feel comfortable with either of those jobs and server transferring hasn't turned you off, then maybe we can chat some more?

Being on Phoenix, are you actually located in Europe? If so would you have any latency issues if you were to raid on US servers? My team on Gilgamesh has an open SCH slot, and we raid at 11pm Eastern time for no less than three hours, between the days of Friday and Tuesday (four of which will be set in stone as the team fills up.) We're a reforming static under a newly established FC, run by myself and my co-leader who have been doing what we do since Second Coil. This team is to begin with fresh A4 progression, as some members have A3 enrage and others have 3rd leg experience.
