And there are two things I would say in response:
1. There are more people at cap than are leveling. More people = more combinations = easier to make teams
2. Ever notice the queue times on Expert v Leveling? I rest my case.

1. Easier to make teams for.. cap roulettes? Leveling: most of the time, it's 4 synced people, so no new members here to help, everyone is there for the high-bonus, and they know their roles, so..

2. not that much, considering we have almost instant queue me as healer and him as Tank ^^
