The personal criticisms were really rude, generalized and out of order. Like anything needed to be said about their personal life and what is healthy or not healthy for them when you literally know nothing about them. Really messed up. You can agree/disagree with what they wanted added but to make assumptions and for that to be the target of what you have to say is just so out of line.
