Sadly, Lehko was the only male Mithra to ever appear in FFXI. Others were implied to exist, but no models were made or shown.

So, it's a good thing that the one male they ever did show was awesome! He was also unapologetically bisexual, flirting equally with female or male player characters. :3

He's also canonically MEGA SPOILER

the lover of Roma Mihgo and thus the father of Nana Mihgo. She was knocked up in the final cutscene of Wings of the Goddess where he appeared. He said he was going to go to Ulbulka, or perhaps the Far East, but he was never again mentioned in the game.
