Calling all 300 rated Chocobo owners to comment on stat question.

I finally got a 20 star bird, and I'm reading cunning is important. My 19 star bird had nothing in cunning and I don't understand the stat.

Firstly, should I max speed > stamina > cunning? Or speed > stamina > endurance? Everyone says acceleration is least important.

Secondly, when you level up you normally get 25 points randomly distributed. If you max say speed by Rank 40. Do you still get 25 points? Or will game still try to put points to your maxed skill and you lose the 5-10 level bonus. Meaning 500 speed, rank 41, and game tries to boost speed 10 and can't. Allowing only 15 points to be distributed else where.
