My roe looks divine doing it.
I'm a boy that plays girls, and I'm happy with the dance on my characters.
I'm a boy that plays boys, and I'm happy with the dance on my characters.
I'm a boy that plays boys and I am NOT happy with the glamours that my character can't access.

The sad thing is with things, is someone will always like it and someone will always hate it. If you change it to help the ones who hate it, you changed it for those who liked that version...there isn't win win.

    ... Wow, that's pretty awful.
Like seriously, the actual haka and the way the female vanu do it looks great, but the way it was translated into the player character's movement is just garbage. They took out all the force and range of motion. They don't have to be the same, they just did a bad job on one. Lazy.
This is a point I can agree with. Sundrop is far from perfect, but I can at understand what they were going for. I think it's silly to ask for the male version of the dance, but female's could have been done much better

You gave me the link to the point I'm making, thx!

As it is now our male and female chars are alike cause they are restricted to certain gender locked emotes etc.
If we get everything we wont be seeing everyone doing the same thing everyone has, it means there is more to choose from, therefore it creates a diverse population - I donät see this being conforming, same or unform in any way
Yes let's take away all the things that make genders unique. Anymore bright ideas you want to suggest?.

Gonna whip this out again. It's what the female version of the dance is supposed to be.

I would like to third this. I don't really mind that they're different. But when I look at the videos of the female Haka, it might be not quite as openly aggressive, but there's an intensity to it that the female Sundrop lacks.

Considering we learn it from the Vanu, I'm guessing we learn how the Vanu do it, and respect their cultural differences in their dance.

Think it'd be pretty disrespectful to the Vanu, whom we learn it from, by picketing in Sea of Clouds asking for gender homogenization.
I agree. Sadly, it's been pretty bad around here when folks can't learn to respect others cultures.

" If I cry loud enough and long enough, i'll get what I want " Child Logic, thank goodness I was raised better.
    Terrible analogy.

The child logic you're referring to is when they want something from someone for free.

This is a business transaction. People are allowed to voice what they'd like from the product. If they can't get it then it's up to them if it's still worth the price. SE can't please everyone, so some will get listened to some won't

Gonna whip this out again. It's what the female version of the dance is supposed to be.
The difference is that the female vanu look into it. They're actively dancing to be aggressive. Female characters however are just going through the motions. "Arm... Arm.. Salute... Salute..." They look bored and very nonthreatening, which beats the purpose of the dance.

Why is there a difference? The dance looks extremely awkward without the legs bent, and it's terribly underwhelming when compared to what the Vanu Vanu look like when they do it. Hell, they don't have to give females the male dance, but the way how the dance is right now doesn't do it's real life version any justice. I know it's purely an aesthetic choice, but this really ruins the dance for female PCs.
i don't know anything about the dance but i know this... DAMN your game looks AWESOME!
