Void Ark Glitch

Hello, my friend is currently experiencing a glitch where the farthing from the end of void ark is not being put into her inventory. She has emptied out her inventory before doing void ark, and it has still not dropped even though it worked fine for her up until 3 weeks ago. She has filed a report ticket every week but still no response, I am wondering if this is a known error because the tickets are being ignored.

no, like I said she's been getting them fine up until 3 weeks ago, now they're not working.

Does it appear if she relogs? Sometimes rewards are given invisibly as a bug.

They stack, I've had multiples in my inventory before. In pretty sure I have 2 right now.

Is there any questlines after Void Ark is complete for the first time that she may need to do? I have forgotten but I'm sure there was a 'wrap up' afterwards. Just a thought because it's most likely a toggle set incorrectly on her account, eg "Mhachi Farthing allowable Y/N?".

The Farthing is automatically dropped into your inventory as soon as Echidna is defeated.

Yeah, I know, I just wondered if further farthings required the player to have fully completed the Void Ark questlines. A bit like how if you're doing the "triple-drop" CT quest you can only get a repeat drop once you have finished the quest in full, even if you delete it from your Journal (& don't pick it up again).

I remember a series of dialogue/scenes after the escape sequence...but don't recall if it was to close the quest or an additional line afterwards. May be worth checking the journal against a wiki to verify.

This has the dialogue from the scenes at the bottom of the page. If she didn't get the ending bit with the blonde pirate and her gang, then she may need to go talk to Leotard.
