    The above is a screenshot of my "Gear Change Menu Hotbar", which is powered by macros and hidden hotbars, but ultimately the point is: make a gearset, drag it onto the hotbar, problem solved.

    I do something similar, using a class specific hotbar with F1 CRP, F2 BSM... F8 CUL, and each class replacing its own gearset with a shortcut to the crafting log.
