Book items

So we have small stacks of books, large stacks of books, and a set of encyclopedia...but we need some single books, too!

I'd like to see an open book laid face up, an open book laid pages down (Though it would be better if this could be one item that could be rotated into either position), and a closed book that can be laid flat.

I would love if we could have readable books like we do in The Elder Scrolls games. Man, I love reading those. I have so many books in my houses in Skyrim and Oblivion. Fun times...

Everquest 2 had a system by which players could collect books around the game world and as quest rewards and place them on shelves in their house. It's possible to build a complete library in your house that you can open and read. I would love to see something with that kind of depth added to the housing system in FFXIV.

Well, I was really just thinking of a static item so I could have a book to put on my bed or nightstand, but readable books, or a collectible lore library would be a pretty awesome thing to have, too.

Im going to say it, a bookcase that acts as a lore library. Every leve, quest, and fate, the lore info from said content is added to your bookcase and can be read or searched by keywords. Who was the first Paladin? When was the Magi War? All in there.
