    Why must we wait 24 hours to make a FC?

    I understand it's been this way since FCs were implemented, but I never truly understood why. You can leave a FC and hop right into a new one immediately after which I think should have a lockout timer placed on it rather the ability to create one. Any clarification on this would be great otherwise I'll just label the reasoning behind it as 'Lol SE.' And call it a day.
