    Steps:
    1. Completed Daily+Quota quests on previous day (BOTH were complete)
    2. Went to Ixal area
    3. Only Daily Quota quest available (not in journal) from Ixal
    4. Complete Daily Quota Quest
    5. Daily Quota Quest pops again (duplicate items/stars) then Daily Quests pop
