    Is it supposed to look like a short skirt on female characters?
    If so, it doesn't match the icon.

    I can see why you would be reporting it as a bug and why you would be frustrated with the icon looking different from how it appears on a character.     The bottoms have different look from male and female. The icon is the male version. It's just like the Coatee itself ot Bliauds
