Looking for a Fun Company

Hello, My end goal is end game raiding, that being the goal the reality is I have only been playing less than a month. I am looking for a company that will really help and step up to make sure I am doing the things I need to do to be a better player and get to the end game raiding.
I was a Guild leader in another game and we played for seven years before the game died off, with the focus on new content and end game.
I am still learning this game. I played to level 57 before a pug group I was in said, "gee you don't have any of your job skill/heals". I didn't even know about it and no matter how much I asked in guild no one really stepped up to help me learn.
I have done ONE instance with my guild.
My current company tells every new player that joins, "just speak up and we will help you" but they never DO IT. I want a company that follows through and believe if you spend the time with me you will be rewarded with my loyalty and all the help I can give back.

My FC Eternal Sanctum may be great for you. We do have a thread on here that you're more then welcome to check out if you haven't already. While we aren't all raiders, the foundation of our FC is based on Raiding..We do have a very active Teamspeak 3 server and are awesome imho at helping and teaching newer or less experienced players. We have about 30-40 members at the moment and as long as you're active and just looking to have a good time we will make sure you feel apart of our ever growing family.

I do have to say this though..because it has been an unfortunate issue for some people...while TS3 isn't mandatory that is our primary source of communication for everything. And it can get a bit mature and possibly offensive somethings but once you get to know us...you'll realize we're just having fun and joking around. And with that and can be cumbersome and overwhelming at times but players and friends of the FC are encouraged to jump into a different room if they want to.
