"Abandon" option not available for Warrior class quest "Looking the Part."

I am on the level 45 Warrior class quest from Curious Gorge called "Looking the Part." I accidentally destroyed the level 45 gear I got from the previous part of the quest chain and thus am unable to put on the Fighter's armor for the step "Equip the warrior's armor and speak with Curious Gorge."

I attempted to abandon the quest, but the option was not available to me.
Attached is a screenshot showing that the button is missing from my Duty Log.

Have you checked with the salvager to see if you can buy the gear again? Forget exactly when pieces become available with those guys.

The lvl45/50 AF gear should be buyable at the salvager after you finish the quest to get the gear.

yes i went there i can get my wm stuff and dragoon stuff, the warrior quest is like a 2 part thing there is like a mini quest or something soo it like done but not and there not way i cant do it without the gear so there really no point of playing him no more
