That.. is actually kind of sad.I find it hard to believe there's a person out there playing FFXIV for only 10 minutes a day, unless they have far more time on days they're not preoccupied, in which case they have more than 10 minutes a day still.
I find leveling to be the most awful and mind numbing thing I've done since starting MMOs (other than the first time through), but people still enjoy it somehow so I'm opposed to this idea. I believe it's like this in the Chinese FFXIV, but they mostly play at net cafes designed for gaming and I believe their MMOs have to follow regulations to set some guidelines to allow for the game to not be too grindy, or China gets another story of someone dying at a net cafe. This doesn't apply here though.
Anyways. The reason is I just like trashing tons of monsters for experience. Its fun and makes me feel good, always has! :P

And that's why it won't happen. There is a thing you might be oblivious to, since you're on Balmung, but the rest of the servers get to deal with RMT and hordes of RMT bots that grind simple monotonous content to hit high levels in preparation for their various exploits. They can do it quite effectively up to about level 20-25, where mob kill experience declines sharply and killing enemies in dungeons requires more than just spamming a nuke button.
What you're describing would essentially allow RMT to boost to 60 even more effortlessly than before. This is the reason mob-chain farming isn't a thing in FFXIV (unlike XI), and it's why your idea won't happen either.
