Tanks can't keep aggro.

As a black mage I am always having to flick between mobs as soon as they go yellow/orange to try and help tanks out but with a combo of Fire 3, fire 2, fire2, fire 2 all mobs in the group were orange to me and one more pop of fire2 I had 2 of them red and lunge for me! Thishappens many times and I don't think the tanks understand why i have to change which mob I focus on all the time, tanks should never have mobs less than red on the mob list to them if it goes yellow or orange they need to re do a emnity move to switch it back to red. Sometimes I have to stop attack for sometimes up to 10 seconds to allow a tank to get hate back and sometimes I don't attack mobs straight off to allow time for tanks to get emnity spikes before is start nuking to which tanks moan I am being lazy and want to be carried, then next batch of mobs I attack as normal and they moan I am getting to much hate as I get killed by mobs I have nuked and pulled hate from the tank from and healer can't heal both tank and me when i have 3 mobs attacking on a fragile blm.
