Steps:

So I started the new anima quest but had a change of heart for my class after meeting the npc in Mor Dhona so I abandoned the quest. Now Rowena does not re-offer the quest, the npcs in Azys Lla are gone, and the npc that was in Mor Dhona is gone so I can not get the quest back.
