I have A3/4S down and can guide you through the current raidbosses if you so desire.
My main job is ninja, I also have a lvl 60 machinist. I am in the midst of lvling up an Astrologian and Dragoon. Although the only real geared up job I have is ninja.
I have very good knowledge of XIV. (group compositions, mechanics)

Btw. The hard raids in XIV require 8 members to beat.
