Moving to Toughening Up anima weapon quest line

Toughening Up quest on my dragoon has not given me my Animated Brionac nor used the two nodule items in my inventory.

I was doing the Anima Weapons quest line for my Dragoon. I had traded in my Longinus Zeta for the two nodule items, Astral and Umbral Nodule, in Mor Dhona and when I went to begin the next step, "Toughening Up" with Ardashir it had put me into the quest without taking the nodules or giving me the Animated Brionac in any of my inventories. I logged off without seeing this and came back to this scenario. After submitting a report, I had tried to drop and restart the quest line but it puts me into, "Toughening Up" without taking the nodules, again.

A GM told me to post a bug report in their response to my initial in-game report.

Have you talked to all the NPCs involved in the quest line? It's odd in that but you need to go through it all... Azys and Mor Dhona.
