[FEEDBACK] UNSYNCING + DIFFICULTY SCALING

My FC friends and I took some friends who haven't subscribed in a long time through the entirety of coil on New Years and Played a drinking game over Teamspeak.

Rules were if you died you took a shot.
If either of the 2 new people died then everyone took a shot.

It was the most amazing fun. And we let them experience the story, since they were 1.0 players they really enjoyed it.

If they don't eventually nerf old and dated content... then we would not have been able to have such a good time.

I worked hard for my primal ponies too, but what is it to me if another person has better drop rates. I have had my Ponies for a very long time... the bragging rights have looooong since expired.

If unsyncing didn't exist, the very same people you're complaining about would just buy the content anyway via run selling.

Surely, in a way, that's worse?

Also; you still need some semblance of how fights actually work in the game, such as Turn 5's twisters or the golems in Turn 9. No amount of power creep will save you from botching those - it merely just makes it easier to clean up the mess afterwards.

About the only thing I think shouldn't have been made available for unsyched runs was Savage Second Coil. Those were prestige titles and I think they should have remained that way since that was kind of special content to begin with.

Even without doing those unsynched it's a whole different experience doing them @ lvl 50 with ilv 130 gear than i110s as originally implemented.

As for OP, completely disagree, not that I have to, since there's no way they can "unopen this can of worms" even if they wanted to. Which they shouldn't.

IT HAS BEEN SUGGESTED THAT THE UNSYNC FUNCTION EXIST, FOR PLAYERS WHO SIMPLY WANT TO SEE THE GAME OR PUT "TRAINING-WHEELS" ON THE FIGHT, BUT THAT ITEMS/REWARDS/TITLES REMAIN FOR SYNC'D FIGHTS ONLY.

It has? I haven't seen any suggestions like this.
If you don't want to do something unsynced, you don't have to. Unsynced runs already doesn't net exp, direct drops, tomes, etc.

I think current raids of any given patch should be sufficient for the type of hardcore players you're describing.
