About housing

Hey there,

So me and my girlfriend are a 2 man show in the game.
We have our own little guild nearly to lvl 6 and are now looking into housing.

Everything is already taken but from time to time we have seen people selling plots.

But sadly we dont know very much about this.
We know that you pay somebody a X amount for him to demolish his place, so then we ( and everybody else ) can buy up the plot.

But after that we are pretty clueless.

We are not looking into expanding the guild, due RL being busy at time, so that leaves the quistion, do we need a personal house, or is it better to get a FC house?

Are things like having a chocobo stable and airship only for FC?
Also would be a small plot be enough for just the 2 of us?

Depends on what you and your wife want to use the house for. The chocobo stables are to level or change the color of your chocobo so if you really don't want to do that then no need to have it but you can use the stables if its a personal or FC house. Now if u want to build airships you can only do that if its a FC house but there is only a few things you can do or have with a FC house then personal one. A FC house have rooms that you can pay 300k to unlock and use if you want. The only thing I don't know is the building of the airships and what rank your FC has to be before you can start building and sending them off on missions. Again its all about about what you and your wife want to do with it. Oh you now can share a personal house with someone so you don't have to use it as a FC house for someone to use the house but not sure how you do that but I'm sure its in the house settings. So we most definitly want to chance chocobo color, the girlfriend ( not the wife..... dont make her get any idea's! )

So a stable will be a most have in our case

Also we are looking fondly towars the airship thingie, so that will be a most too.

Money wise we are pretty okey, doing well with trade and such, so the 300k isnt a real turn down for us.

So by the sound of it, it looks like we be needing a FC house, does it matter then if it will be a small, or better to go with medium with just the two of us?

I assume with a small FC house we can have the stable / airship and such just as you would with a medium plot.

Yes if you and your "girlfriend not wife" lol want to build and have airships then yes the house you buy you will have to change it and use it for the FC

As for the size of the house it doesn't matter if it is a small, med, or large you can put and use a chocobo stable and build airships with any of the 3 sizes

Again I'm not sure what level your FC has to be to start building a airship
