Looking to transfer to another server

I'm looking for another server to transfer to. Basically I'm looking for a server with houses that are still available. I only have about 4 million to spend on a small plot (I'll concern myself with decorating later.)

I'm also looking for an active free company, basically I want a server that's dead enough to have housing available on and not dead enough to be unable to do any raiding or anything.

Also feel free to invite me to your free company, I'm not looking for hardcore raiding just a company that goes out and does stuff every so often.

Goblin has a ton of houses available, all sizes. Small house price is 4mil, so its decent if you are looking for a house.

Zalera has some houses available as well. the more expensive smalls go for 2.5 million. as for raiding i think there are people who do raid, but nothing like a big server.
