WAsn't it stated somewhere in the past that the spawn rates of certain Beastmen Daily FATE's would be increase substantially?

As it stands the 3rd Rank Beastmen daily FATE's still take 30+ mins to spawn and a lot of people are going back to doing the beastmen dailies since it provides an alternative for the relic grind.

When are we going to see the increase spawn rate in these FATEs for the beastmen dailies?
